Technical Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
* To assist the Area Technical Executive in managing, monitoring, providing system design, coordinating and implementing projects.
* To provide technical support in day to day operation in order to resolve any technical problems.
* To assist in providing technical assistance and guidance to the installers in region.
* To assist the Area Technical Executive on safety aspects and procedures, IT support and general technical matters.
Requirements:
* Hold a Diploma / Certificate in Electrical and Electronics.
* Knowledge / experience in transmission system, satellite or cable services.
* Have trouble-shooting skills, technical report writing, computer and application skills.
* Will be based in Medan, Pekanbaru, Cirebon, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya
