Occupational Health Staff (OHA-STAFF)

Responsibilities:
* The incumbent of this position is responsible to oversees and provides technical guidance for implementation and continuous improvement of occupational health programs in assigned areas as well as to ensure HSE compliance of Güntner Indonesia plant with regulatory and company requirement.

Requirements:
* Male/Female and holds a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with GPA min 3.00, preferably from Nursery or Medical background
* Minimum 1 – 2 years of working experience preferably in occupational health or related field
* Having knowledge in occupational health and safety is preferable
* Having experience in developing and delivering occupational health training is preferable
* Having knowledge in developing, implementing and maintaining occupational health management is preferable
* Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven
* Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations
* Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively
* Attention to details and posses strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and meet agreed deadlines
* Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must
* Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java
