HRD Supervisor (HRS)

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00
* Male or Female, age 24-30 years old
* Minimum 2 years experience in HR: recruitment, people development, performance management, personnel management, compensation and benefit
* Familiar with HR system & development
* Proficient in English and computer literate
* Able to work independent or as a team
* Pleasant personality, energetic & highly motivated
* Having good logic & strong analytical ability
* Strong interpersonal & communication skill
* Preferably living in East and North Jakarta area
