Requirements:
* Male / Female, Minimum age 30 years old
* Hold S1 / S2 degree in Law / Management / Statistic
* Minimum 4 years experience in the same position / Supervisor
* Good human resources knowledge and background in personnel administration, compensation and benefit, recruitment and selection, training and people development, industrial relations, and human resources management system and implementing
* Good understanding of manpower regulation.
* Have strong skill in Human Relationship and Networking
* Have excellent English both oral and written
* Have strong skill in computer literate
* Good personality, leadership, communication, negotiation and conceptual thinking
* Able to perform under pressure and multi-tasking person
