In-House Lawyer (IHL)

Requirements:
* Hold S1 Degree in Law
* Able to monitor legal compliance of the company in contract and regulatory points of view
* Able to maintain and update contract compliance checklist and regulatory compliance checklist
* Able to conduct routine compliance audits in mine sites and head office
* Able to provide advices to mine sites for non-compliance and how or rectify non-compliance
* Able to maintain and update regulatory databases, conduct legal research
* Good communication in both written and spoken English
* Good interpersonal and organizational skills
* Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
