Operations Leader Balikpapan (POL-BPN)

Responsibilities:

* Execute collection and delivery packages, conduct survey for packages/material shipment and deliver accurate information to customer.
* Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to all process maps and SOPs.
* Review weekly service performance and quality reports, discuss and identify root causes of service failures with the Manager, implement preventive action and suggest any modification of SOPs accordingly.
* Organize & conduct weekly meeting with the team to review performance, service failures and operational problems.
* Support Operations Supervisor in daily activities.

Requirements:

* Male, max. 35 years old.
* Hold Diploma Degree (D3) from any discipline from reputable university.
* Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in related positions, preferably in shipping and forwarding service industry.
* Strong interpersonal & communication skill, fluent in English both oral and written.
* Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Strong leadership skill, able to work as a team player and to manage change.
* Proactive, able to learn quickly, analyze situations and develop solutions.
* Reachable 24 hours/ 7 days on call when required by the job.
* Excellent health, creative and dynamic.
* Computer literate (MS Office & Windows Application).
