Install PCs and standard hardware/software components
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
IT Equipment asset management and documentation
Network Management such as monitoring, performance and security
Support the upgrade and review of current infrastructure
Purchase Requisition
End-User Training
Provide support for all the corporate authorized application
software in use
Interact with users for information requirements to support
operational and management needs
Any other request by end-users involving applications, computer
hardware and software
REQUIREMENTS:
D3/S1, major in IT/Computer Science
At least 1 (one) years of working experience as IT helpdesk
Working knowledge of Linux System, Windows 2000/XP, Exchange
Server, computers, printers, scanners and other IT peripherals Applicant should possess good negotiation & communication skill.
Applicant must be resourceful and hardworking.
Applicant must be able to work well independently as well as in a
team.
Applicant must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment
