Responsibilities:
* Leading marketing team under their supervision
* Responsible to manage maketing officer’s daily activities in order to achieve marketing target
* Coaching and motivating the marketing officers under their supervision
Requirements:
* Male/female, maksimum 35 years old
* Min. D3 Degree in any discipline, with min. GPA 2.75
* Having experiences in sales / marketing (in finance and banking products), min. 3 years
* Having experiences as a teamleader or supervisor, min. 1 year
* Having a good communication and interpersonal skill
* High motivated and target oriented personality
