Manager Operations Finance
Responsibilities:
* Plan, and manage activities related to delivery of financial and management control system, which monitor performance against agreed budget and act as a business partner by providing management with necessary data to support informed business decisions.
Requirements:
* The incumbents must hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Management.
* Minimum 5 years progressive management accounting experience, preferably in a reputable manufacturing company with minimum of 3 years spent in management level.
* Strong background in budgeting, accounting, taxes, financial analysis, investment analysis and modeling.
* IT literacy ( Excel/Word/Power Point ) is a must, while knowledge of Oracle Accounting system and preferably hold CMA.
* Have good analytical thinking, customer service orientation, teamwork & cooperation skills, and business minded.
