Requirements:

* Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Architecture or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience is the same position, preferable as Art Director/Creative Director in Advertising Agency
* Have a wide networking & strong negotiation skill
* Posses strong leadership and ability to manage team
