The TRP activities focus on integrated community recovery and preparedness interventions in tsunami affected countries in Asia and East Africa in collaboration with Red Cross and non-Red Cross partners. The Indonesia TRP Delegation operates from offices in Banda Aceh (main), Calang, Lamno, Sabang and Pulo Aceh. It also has liaison offices in Jakarta, and other areas in Aceh province in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross. The Indonesia TRP program has a budget of over $200m. It commenced in May 2005 and will be completed by June 2010.

Inventory and Asset Analyst (Consultant)
Responsibilities:
* The Inventory Analyst’s primary responsibility will be to review the inventory list and perform a physical count of all assets. He or she will work closely with the Deputy Operations officer as well as finance and logistics staff. He or she will report directly to the Head of Operations whom will provide guidance and direction.
* Specific DUTIES responsibilities and accountabilities:
o Become familiar with drafts of the physical inventory list
o Perform a physical count of all assets
o Compare physical count results with information on the inventory list
o Review records from the finance, procurement, and logistics units
o Edit asset list as necessary
o Review equipment receipt and sign out documents
o Lead the updating of data in the asset manager data base
o Inform management of any irregularities or missing equipment
o Identify equipment known to have been donated and not in circulation
o Prepare final inventory list
Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience working in the logistics, procurement, and or warehousing fields
* Accounting and auditing experience a plus
* Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working
* Good writing and speaking skills in English and Indonesian
