Responsibilities

* Competency & Assessment
* Mendesain model, kamus, dan profil kompetensi
* Melaksanakan competency mapping
* Membuat program pengembangan kompetensi pegawai
* Mengimplementasikan CBHRM dalam semua aspek HR

Requirements

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): competency design, assessment tools.
* Preferred skill(s): CBHRM.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
