IT Manager
Requirements:
* Male, max 40 years old
* Hold S1 graduated from reputable university – Information technology
* Having at least 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in Services
* Having previous experience in implementing system
* Willing to Traveling
* Good Pesonality and Communication
* Have a Good performance and Leadership skill on managerial level
Responsibilities:
* Networking
o Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting regional infrastructure.
o Implements network security at the regional level as established by corporate Security Director.
o Oversees the administration and maintenance of Etensity’s infrastructure, and directs more junior Innovators when necessary.
o Oversees the administration of Etensity’s WAN.
* Telephony
o Manages and develops upgrades to Etensity’s telephone system at the regional level.
o Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.
o Training & Lab Maintenance
o Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for Etensity training programs and the Learning Studio and provides additional support if necessary.
* Internal Systems
o Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
o Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
* Help Desk Administration
o Oversees all help desk activities at the regional level.
o Responds to escalated help desk issues.
o Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.
o Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
* Asset Management
o Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
o Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the regional level.
o Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
