Responsibilities:
* Recruitment, training & career development, industrial relation.
Requirements:
* Min. S1 from reputable university, preferably S1 in Psychology.
* Min. 3 years as HR Manager, preferably from IT industry is an advantage.
* Have a good knowledge in psycho diagnostics & used to conduct psychological assessment is an advantage.
* Have a good knowledge and capable in handling industrial & employee relations.
* Ability to work well with people at all level.
* Excellent in both interpersonal and communication skill.
* Posses strong leadership, good strategic and analytical thinking.
* Adaptability to dynamic environment, creative and able to work under pressure.
* Computer literate is a must.
