Requirements:
* Female
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Law or Psychology from reputable university
* Minimum 5 years experience in HRD rules or relevant experience of a high standar
* Must have experience in HRD task and requirements, expertise in compensation & benefit of the employee, company regulation, labor law, foreign law, agreement, preparation and maintenance of corporate documentations
* Able to work in team
* Having good communication skills in English and Indonesia (oral & written)
