Business Development & Operation Manager or Supervisor

- You will be involved in strategic development of the business plan and the company’s resource planning, you will also produce sales & marketing strategies to guide the activities of the management team thus maximizing shareholder value. Additionally you will be expected to provide continual improvements in quality, service and innovative operations solutions.
# This will be your responsibilities:
* Development of the business, sales, marketing and operational strategies.
* Successful implementation of the agreed strategies.
* Provide timely financial and business reports to board of director.
* Ensure the management and staff relationship at the operational level is optimal
* Be the champion of company corporate culture
* Ensure day to day operation are arranged effectively and efficiently
* Ensure all standard operational procedure in Business Operation is followed to reach maximum result.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree from reputable university
* Min 3 years ( Supervisor) experience in Sales & Marketing management or
* Min 5 years ( Manager) experience in Sales & Marketing management
* Posses a great Interpersonal skill and Leadership ability
* Ability to manage a small but effective and content team
* You have to be well organized and detail in your administrative work
* You should be able to speak & write English
* You should be able to work smart and effective not just working hard
* You should be a self starter and able to work independently
* You can be male or female with age between 27 to 35
* You must have your own transport
